RinseKit is a revolutionary, portable shower / rinse-off system designed to help you stay clean, sanitized, and safe, no matter where life takes you. Once powered on, the unit allows you to take fresh clean water with you wherever you wander. It's like having a hose on-the-go!
We are based in Vista, California. RinseKit was founded by Chris Crawford, a surfer who felt there was a better way to clean up after surf sessions. He's a classic American entrepreneur who is very involved in all aspects of the company. We just have to figure out how to turn him off at night.

Unless otherwise stated, standard order processing takes about 3-5 business days for in-stock items. After processing, all orders will ship out via either standard UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First Class Mail. PO Box addresses will only ship via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail. Tracking information will be emailed to the email provided at checkout once the order is processed for shipping.

Yes, the in-stock item will be shipped as soon as possible. The back-ordered item will ship as soon as it is available in our warehouse. You'll receive two separate shipping notifications.
Orders ship from our warehouse located in Vista, California. Depending on where you are located, your package can take anywhere from 3-5 business days to be delivered for most orders being shipped within the Contiguous United States.
If you are located in Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska packages may take as long as 12 or more business days.

Warranty
Yes. All of our products come with a 1-year-limited warranty(excluding Blemished/Refurbished models). RinseKit is synonymous with quality. Every part is designed, selected, and analyzed after rigorous testing. After it's built, we take it to the road to make sure it can handle real-world abuse-and it does. Our return rate is less than 3%. With that in mind, we offer our customers a One Year Limited Warranty.
We understand that a receipt can't always be kept, however warranties are time sensitive, as they depend on the date and store you purchased your RinseKit. An order number or screenshot of a receipt will be enough to act as proof of purchase.
RinseKit will warranty units purchased through RinseKit.com and authorized RinseKit resellers. We cannot monitor the condition of RinseKit products being sold by unauthorized sellers. Therefore, we require proof of purchase to verify the origin of purchase.
While filing a warranty claim, you may notice we ask a lot of questions, that’s because we document every claim for future reference. All submitted warranties are used to help us understand the workmanship of our products and allow us to provide our manufacturers more insight on things we may not see in our warehouse inspections.

Battery Powered Line Information
All of our battery powered units use an AGM 12v 5Ah battery. It should arrive fully charged and will likely last 3-6 months before needing to be recharged. Normal battery range for our models is 13v to 11v indicated by the voltmeter. 10.8v or lower means you need to charge the battery and voltage below 10.5 v can cause damage to the battery.
• Each unit comes with two charging cables: one for the wall and one for the car. The wall charger will light up RED when charging and flash RED and GREEN when fully charged
• The car charger will light up RED when charging and will continue to light up RED as long as it is connected to your car.
• The units will still charge, even if in use. Periodically charge the battery to keep voltage above 10.8v
Note:
• The car charger will only charge to 12v
• When charging, make sure that the two charging tabs align with the "lock point" arrows on the charging port
All units should arrive to you fully charged and ready to use right out of the box. Depending on use, you should get 3-6 month’s use with one full battery charge.
Need to recharge? It’s easy, plug in the wall or car charger and the unit should be fully charged in approximately 4 hours.
Note:The wall charger will light up RED when charging and flash RED and GREEN when fully charged.
Yes. If/when the battery in your unit needs to be replaced, we have them available on the website here. The battery is compatible with all of our current models. It is currently only listed for the PRO and CUBE, as those models allow for a more straight forward battery replacement. If you would like to replace the battery on a different model, please reach out to us here to request instructions before making your purchase. We will then provide you with options to purchase the battery and the steps to replace it at home.
3.5 Gallon RinseKit PRO Portable Shower
The 3.5 gallon PRO is our first battery-pressurized model, boasting a consistent, high pressure spray that lasts for up to 7.5 minutes (center setting). The battery pressurization is not only strong, but makes the PRO easy to use - simply pour water in the top fill cap, press the power button and spray. The PRO is perfect for avid surfers, campers, bikers and outdoor enthusiasts who want more capacity plus the consistency, strength and convenience of battery-powered pressurization.
All RinseKit PRO models have an intentional drainage hole located in the back of the bucket to prevent any excess water that may slip through the cracks of the bucket from reaching the battery. Some water drainage is normal, however if you notice an excessive amount of water flowing from the drainage hole and draining your RinseKit, please fill out a warranty/return request through the portal here.
Your charger will stay in the charging ports "Lock Points" snugly to hold the charger in place, so it does not slip out. With a firm pull, the charger will release. Do not tug on the charging cable cord itself.
The PRO is compatible with our HyperHeater 2.0.
We recommend bringing the PRO indoors when possible. You can leave the PRO outside as long as the temperature is above 32° Fahrenheit. Freezing the PRO can cause damage to the internal water pump. For prolonged or cold storage, drain all of the water out and allow the pump to run dry for 30 seconds to remove any remaining water out of the system.

We cannot and will not be able to warranty any RinseKit products being sold on Amazon as we cannot monitor the condition unauthorized sellers offer our products in.
4 Gallon Rinsekit PRO 2.0 Portable Shower
No, the PRO 2.0 does not have a built-in heating element. The only heating accessory that is compatible with the PRO 2.0 is the HyperHeater 2.0. Although the PRO 2.0 cannot charge external devices, the HyperHeater 2.0 is compatible with the unit. It operates by utilizing the water pressure already being distributed from the PRO 2.0. You can also pour hot water directly into the unit.

You cannot charge your devices using this Rinsekit model.
Every PRO 2.0 comes with an instruction booklet and a USB-C charging cable.
They do not need to be recharged as they are powered by the battery inside the unit
4 Gallon Rinsekit Cube Portable Shower
The RinseKit Cube, is our 4-gallon portable shower empowers you to clean up wherever adventure takes you. Equipped with battery-powered pressurization, the Cube boasts a consistent high-pressure spray that can blast off the toughest dirt and grime. It’s also super easy to use - simply pour in water, press the power button and spray. It’s also built tough with military-grade materials, and is equipped with stainless steel tie-downs for when the road gets rough. It’s the strongest, most durable, and intuitive portable shower on the market - made for keeping you clean no matter how far out you go.
The control panel consists of the power button, LED display, dual USB ports and 12V charging port. The blue LED numbers indicate the temperature of the water inside the unit while the outer ring indicates battery life. For optimal use only charge the unit when it has entered the red zone.
Note: The water temperature indicator shows the temperature of the water actively in the unit, it is not a water heater.
There are 3 ways to get hot water for the Cube:
- Pour hot water directly into the tank. You can get hot water from your home or heat it over a campfire.
- Leave the unit in the sun and it will gradually heat the water inside.
- Connect the Cube to our HyperHeater 2.0 accessory to get hot water up to 110°F in less than 30 seconds. This is the fastest and most efficient way to get hot water anywhere
The IP65 control panel is water resistant. We recommend keeping the dual USB and 12v ports covered while the unit is in use. Do not spray water on the control panel when the unit is charging.
The Cube is not insulated, however, the black HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) outer shell material will absorb heat from sunlight, causing the water inside to gradually heat.
CAUTION: Always read the temperature of the water before use to avoid scalding.
For prolonged or cold storage, drain all of the water out and allow the pump to run dry for 30 seconds to remove any remaining water out of the system. Store in the upright position.
5 Gallon Rinsekit Rack Shower
The 5-gallon RinseKit Rack Shower, the world’s only completely electric mountable portable shower. This is completely normal. Inside of the Rack Shower is a water tube with a brass piece at the end of it, essentially weighing down that tube so it can get all of the water out of your RinseKit.

No. The stainless steel Adapter Brackets allow you to mount the Rack Shower to any extrusion channel. It comes with T-bolts designed for attaching to the Toyota Bed Rail system.
It’s simple. Just open the water tank cap, pour in clean water, press power and spray! If the Rack Shower has already been mounted to your vehicle, you can use a hose or water storage container. For taller vehicles, a ladder may be required. The Rack Shower can withstand internal temperatures from 33-110° Fahrenheit, so you can pour hot or cold water directly into the tank.

The Rack Shower will come with the necessary hardware for mounting, however, you may need to have access to a crescent wrench (not included) for tightening down the lock nuts. For a step by step video tutorial, click here.
There are 3 ways to get hot water for the Rack Shower:
- Pour hot water directly into the tank. You can get hot water from your home or heat it over a campfire.
- Leave the unit in the sun and it will gradually heat the water inside.
- Connect the Rack Shower to our HyperHeater 2.0 accessory to get hot water up to 110°F in less than 30 seconds. This is the fastest and most efficient way to get hot water anywhere.
The Rack Shower is equipped with an SAE plug that allows you to connect it directly to your vehicle’s power so you never have to worry about charging the battery.
In direct sunlight, you may notice your Rack Shower expanding in the heat. This is completely normal and will not interfere with the integrity of the unit. To get the unit back to its original shape, release the pressure inside by unscrewing the drain cap and the tank will return to its original shape.

It is powered by your 4 pin trailer plug or 12V plug. If powering using the 12V connector, plug the 4 pin adapter end to the plug connecting to the pump. Connect the 12V end of the cord into the 12V outlet in your vehicle. Turn on your vehicle's daytime running lights to power the 4 pin connector.
It sprays for 16 minutes on the center setting, equipped with a water pump that distributes water at 50 psi.
With its adjustable straps, the tailgate pad is sized to fit any tailgate. However, it is NOT compatible with Rivian trucks. To ensure that the rinsekit will fit your vehicle, we highly recommend comparing the product dimensions to your vehicle's tailgate.

HyperHeater 2.0
The HyperHeater 2.0 is a tankless water heater powered by propane gas. Once connected to any of the battery powered RinseKits, water transfers to the HyperHeater 2.0 and is instantly heated and dispensed through the included shower nozzle.
HD5 “consumer grade” propane is compatible with the HyperHeater 2.0. Click here for one we recommend.
A singular 1lb propane tank will last approximately 30 minutes with continuous use.
The HyperHeater 2.0 offers the convenience of a hot shower easily by using propane gas to heat the water from any of our battery powered units.
Note: Propane is NOT included and must be purchased separately.

1) Carefully insert propane into gas regulator.
2) Attach gas regulator to back of the heater.
3) Connect power cord into RinseKit 12v outlet. Note: You can also plug into vehicle 12v outlets
4) Connect power cord into power inlet.
5) Remove nozzle from your RinseKit and connect to the back of the heater. Make sure the valve is in the ON position.
6) Connect included heater shower hose to the back of the heater. Make sure the valve is in the ON position
7) Press power button on RinseKit
8) Press ON/OFF button on heater
9) Use switch on shower nozzle to turn water ON or OFF
10) Use the gas valve to turn the heat up or down. There will be a slight delay as the heater heats up the water.
No. Propane gas is NOT included with the HyperHeater 2.0. Propane must be purchased separately.
The shower head that comes included with the HyperHeater 2.0 has 2 spray settings, center, and shower. The spray times stated have been determined by setting up the shower head nozzle attached to the HyperHeater 2.0, attaching the shower head directly to your RinseKit will give you different spray times. See below for spray times per setting:
3.5 gallon PRO:
Shower = 5:00 mins
Center = 7:30 mins
4 gallon Cube:
Shower = 7:00 mins
Center = 9:30 mins
5 gallon Rack Shower:

Yes, anything that gets hot could be potentially dangerous. Here are our warnings:
• Water temperature over 125 degrees Fahrenheit can cause severe burns instantly
• Feel water before rinsing or showering
• Children and elderly are at highest risk of being scalded
• Never leave the HyperHeater unattended while connected to power
Please refer to your user guide for a complete list of all safety precautions to be used while operating the HyperHeater 2.0.
The HyperHeater 2.0 will heat water in about 30 seconds. To control the temperature of the water coming out of the heater, simply adjust the Gas Valve knob located at the top of the unit. For optimal shower temperature, we recommend starting with the gas valve in the center, between LOW and HIGH. Adjust the temperature as needed.
Yes, however, you will need to have access to a propane adapter converter hose. These can be found at your local hardware store or by following the link for one we recommend, here.
No. The HyperHeater 2.0 comes with its own shower head nozzle, designed to flow, well, like a shower. The inconsistent on and off spray of the spray nozzle may cause the RinseKit and HyperHeater 2.0 to overheat.
Note: Overheating and/or damage caused by using the incorrect nozzle with your HyperHeater 2.0 will void your warranty.
Blemished/Refurbished Models
Blemished/Refurbished units are units that have been returned to our warehouse for any reason. All units are thoroughly inspected by our warehouse team and are fixed to like-new condition. All refurbished models have the same parts and accessories as their original products counterpart. Refurbished models are repackaged and sent out in new corrugated boxes.

32 Oz RinseKit Sport Misting & Spray Water Bottle
The RinseKit Sport is essentially the water bottle version of a RinseKit, with an innovative cap that is equipped with spraying and misting functions. The hand pump on the top pressurizes the water in the bottle, which allows it to dispense out of either the spray or mist holes in the cap with astounding pressure. The spray function can shoot water up to four feet, and is perfect for handwashing, spraying off dog paws, or even washing dishes on the go. The mist feature provides a refreshing spritz so you can stay cool anywhere.
The Sport is not dishwasher safe. To maintain the integrity of the insulation layer in your bottle and to avoid damaging the lid’s internal parts, we do not recommend putting the Sport in the dishwasher. Additionally, the Sport is not microwave safe. However, the Sport is insulated and will keep liquids hot or cold for hours
Yes! Enjoy ice cold soda, your favorite sports drink or even a beer if you’re feeling the heat on hot summer days! Avoid liquids with small particles such as tea leaves, coffee grounds or protein powder as they may cause the sprayers to get clogged.
No. However, you may need to continue to pump in more pressure into the bottle as the liquid inside depletes.
The Sport lid is compatible with Hydro Flask (32 oz lid or larger capacity) Wide Mouth bottles and comparable bottles with a 2.26” diameter opening.
The Sport's shower setting will give you about 3:00 minutes of continuous spray time as long as you are constantly pumping pressure into the bottle. The mist setting sprays for approximately 8:00 minutes.
We recommend using soap and water to keep your Sport clean. Be sure to wash the bottle and internal pump before you use it for the first time.
If you have used the Sport with any liquid other than water, we recommend cleaning the Sport with white vinegar and water.
To clean the Sport’s internal lid parts, fill the bottle with about ¼ cup of white vinegar, use the pump to add pressure, and then alternate pressing the spray and mist buttons to run the vinegar through the sprayers. Once the vinegar has run through, rinse the bottle, add in an additional ¼ cup of clean water, use the pump to add pressure, and alternate pressing the spray and mist buttons to run the clean water through the sprayers. Now your Sport is clean and ready to go!
No. Leaving the Sport in freezing conditions below 32 degrees Fahrenheit could damage the lid’s internal parts.
When the Sport is not in use, we recommend releasing the pressure inside by opening the lid. Leaving the unit pressurized and putting it into a backpack or purse may cause the bottle to slowly release its pressure and may result in leaks.
RinseKit Maintenance
Periodically combine a mixture of half white distilled vinegar and half water and fill the tank (you do not need to fill it entirely), close the drain cap, power the unit "ON" and spray the solution through the system to flush it clean.
We recommend only filling your RinseKit with fresh, clean water.
